All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Information provided to IRCC is collected under the authority of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) to determine admissibility to Canada.
